Overview
An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate to join a top-ranked corporate team within a Top 100 law firm. The role offers exposure to high-quality corporate work, including complex and high-value matters for HNW clients, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses.

The Role
You will work on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
  • Shareholder and partnership agreements
  • Fundraising and investment matters
  • General corporate advisory work
  • Domestic and international transactions

You will support senior lawyers on complex matters while also managing your own caseload and leading transactions appropriate to your level of experience.

About You

  • 3-5 years' PQE in corporate law
  • Strong drafting, technical, and commercial skills
  • Experience handling transactional work
  • Confident communicator with strong client management ability
  • Proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
  • Interest in business development and long-term career progression
