My client, a Top 100 international law firm are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor (1+ PQE) to join its Hampshire team, offering high-quality, often City-level work alongside a genuinely healthy work-life balance.
The firm is known for breaking the mould. You'll gain exposure to complex, high-value transactions without the long-hours often associated with top-tier corporate teams.
You'll work as part of a highly regarded corporate team advising on a broad range of matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity transactions
- Corporate restructurings
- Shareholder agreements and general corporate advisory
- International and cross boarder transactions
Clients range from ambitious SMEs through to larger corporates, investors and owner-managed businesses, with some matters having an international element.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor/Laywer/Legal Executive with 1+ PQE in corporate law
- Solid grounding in transactional work
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- A collaborative approach and desire to develop your career long-term
