Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Legal Support Administrator to join a highly regarded, top-tier law firm (recognised in the Legal 500) within its Employment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual looking to build or further develop their career within a professional services environment, supporting a busy and collaborative legal team.

The Role

You will provide essential administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team. This is a varied role offering exposure to a wide range of tasks within a fast-paced Employment practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to lawyers and the wider team

  • Managing documents, filing, and correspondence

  • Assisting with file opening, compliance checks, and matter administration

  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, and internal communications

  • Supporting billing and general financial administration

  • Maintaining accurate records and databases

  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow

About You

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • A positive, team-oriented approach
