Employment Solicitor - Locum (Remote)
Start: ASAP | Duration: - 3 months (with potential to extend)

We are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to support on a locum basis, starting as soon as possible. The role is fully remote and expected to last around three months, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Key requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with strong employment law experience

• Employment Tribunal experience is essential

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload

• Comfortable providing pragmatic, timely advice in a fast-paced environment

The role will involve:

• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from inception to hearing

• Advising on a broad range of employment law matters

• Supporting the team with ongoing casework and overflow matters
