Our client, a specialist employment and HR boutique firm is expanding its team and is looking to appoint an Advisor / PSL Lawyer. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering up-to-date market insights, legislative updates, and training to support both internal teams and clients.

This role offers the chance to shape the position, bring your own ideas, and work with cutting-edge technology in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide up-to-date employment law and market insights

  • Monitor and analyse legislative developments

  • Deliver engaging training sessions and legal updates

  • Support the wider team with knowledge resources and guidance

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £75,000-£80,000 DOE

  • Expenses covered

Location & Working Pattern

  • Remote working

  • Travel twice per month (once to Chester and once to Glasgow)
