Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE)
Guildford | £55,000-£80,000 + bonus & benefits
I'm working with a well-known Top 100 law firm that is continuing to grow its employment offering in Guildford. They are looking to add a strong Employment Solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE to a team that is both well regarded and genuinely supportive.
This role would suit someone who enjoys high-quality employment work across both contentious and non-contentious matters, advising a broad client base including employers and senior individuals. The team is busy but well managed, with a clear emphasis on collaboration rather than hierarchy.
What stands out with this firm is the long-term view they take on careers. There is clear structure around progression, access to excellent training, and partners who are invested in developing their lawyers. You won't be left to figure things out on your own.
