Family Paralegal - Bournemouth
Salary: £25,000-£27,000

An established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Family Paralegal to join its growing Family Law team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 1-2 years' experience in family law who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.

The Role

You will assist fee earners on a broad range of private family matters, including:

  • Divorce and separation
  • Financial remedy proceedings
  • Private children matters

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing case files from instruction through to completion
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Conducting legal research
  • Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties
  • Providing administrative support throughout the lifecycle of cases

About You

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Family Paralegal or within a family law team
  • Good understanding of family law procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client care abilities
