A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Family Partner to join its growing team.

The Role

You will lead and develop the firm's family law practice, advising clients on a wide range of matters including divorce and separation, financial remedies, children disputes, domestic abuse, and related family law issues. The role offers substantial client contact, autonomy over cases, and the opportunity to play a key role in business development and strategic growth of the department.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in family law

  • Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up

  • Strong experience handling complex private family matters

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development

  • Confident, empathetic, and commercially minded with excellent advocacy skills
