Family Partner - Tier One Team
Location: Dorset
Salary: £110,000-£120,000 + Excellent Benefits
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Partner to join a Top 200 law firm with a nationally recognised, Tier One family team. Renowned for its outstanding reputation and high-quality client base, the firm offers a platform for ambitious individuals to work on some of the most complex and high-value family matters in the market.
The Role
This is a senior leadership position within a highly regarded family team, acting for high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals. You will play a key role in shaping the team's continued growth, while delivering strategic advice on complex and sensitive family matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading on complex family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, and private children work
- Advising HNW and UHNW clients on high-value and often multi-jurisdictional cases
- Managing and developing key client relationships with discretion and professionalism
- Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the family team
- Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the department
- Engaging in business development, networking, and profile-raising activities
About You
- An experienced Family Solicitor with Partner-level experience or ready to step up into a Partner role
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of family law
- Proven experience advising HNW/UHNW clients on complex matters
- Excellent leadership, client management, and business development skills
- A commercially minded and strategic approach
- Strong reputation and/or following is desirable
