Junior Family Solicitor (0-3 Years PQE)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
Location: Birmingham - hybrid working available
Contract: Permanent

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded Family Law team based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified solicitor or a solicitor with up to 3 years' PQE to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, advising clients on a broad range of family law matters. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, excellent supervision, and genuine opportunities for career progression.
Managing a caseload of family law matters with appropriate supervision
Advising clients on divorce, separation, financial remedy and private children matters
Assisting senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value cases
Drafting legal documents, court applications and correspondence
Attending client meetings, court hearings and mediation appointments where appropriate
Providing practical and commercially focused advice to clients
Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care
Supporting business development and networking initiatives
Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 0-3 years' PQE
Previous experience gained within a Family Law department during training or post-qualification
Strong knowledge of family law procedures and legislation
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
A proactive and professional approach to client service
Membership of Resolution would be advantageous but is not essential
