  • Draft, review, negotiate contracts, including exchanging contracts on land transactions
  • Advise on and manage Section 106 agreements, including variations
  • Support affordable housing and housing association transactions
  • Undertake property due diligence, reporting on title and advising on land matters
  • Assist with disposals, infrastructure agreements, and general development work
  • Work closely with regional and operating companies to build strong internal relationships
  • Liaise with other legal teams and operating divisions across the group

Required experience for the In-House Solicitor role should include:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least three years' PQE
  • Background in property, planning, or residential development
  • Experience advising on Section 106 agreements and land transactions
  • Comfortable working in an in-house or commercially focused environment

As the In-House Solicitor, our client can offer you an array of fantastic benefits:

  • A competitive salary with annual reviews

  • Company car or car allowance
  • 2 / 3 days working from home
  • Competitive bonus scheme
