Overview of the In-House Solicitor (Property and Planning) role:
Sellick Partnership is working with a FTSE 100 housebuilder client to recruit an experienced In-House Solicitor to join their Land & Housing Association (HA) Legal Team at their Exeter office. With hybrid working opportunities, this is an excellent time to join one of the largest housebuilders in the UK, working on high-quality residential developments. This role suits a solicitor with a minimum of three years' PQE and strong experience in property, planning, and residential development work.
You will support major residential schemes and affordable housing projects, working closely with internal stakeholders across land, planning, and regional operating businesses - meaning a varied workload.
