About the Role:

• Sellick Partnership is looking for a Locum Civil Litigation Lawyer to join an established local authority team on a hybrid working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join our highly respected team.

Key Responsibilities of a Civil Litigation Lawyer include:

• Dealing with a mixed caseload of civil litigation and regulatory matters such as planning, licensing, and housing
• Providing legal advice, support, and assistance to council officers and members
• Confident and competent with advocacy

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Civil Litigation Lawyer:

• Experience dealing with a range of civil litigation matters
• Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
• Attendance to the office once/week is desirable, however remote candidates will also be considered
