About the Role:

  • Sellick Partnership is looking for a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer to join a large public sector organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected team.

Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:

  • Drafting a range of commercial agreements
  • Advising on construction contracts (NEC, PFI)
  • Negotiating public procurement contracts
  • Advising on public procurement act

Desirable Skills and Requirements of a Commercial Contracts and Procurement Lawyer:

  • Previous experience handling commercial contracts and procurement matters
  • Previous experience advising on construction contracts
  • Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities
