Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join one of our Surrey based clients on a full time permanent basis.

Daily duties of the Neighbourhood Officer:

  • Ensuring residents understand and comply with tenancy and lease conditions
  • Managing cases involving hoarding, property neglect, unauthorised alterations, access issues, tenancy fraud, non‑occupancy and overcrowding
  • Leading on resident engagement activities and supporting meaningful involvement
  • Handling complaints effectively and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations
  • Supporting initiatives to reduce ASB and carrying out tenancy reviews and settling‑in visits

Essential requirements of the Neighbourhood Officer:

  • Experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities in the public sector
  • Previous social housing experience
  • Full UK Drvier's License
