We are working with a national firm seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Locum to join their team ASAP on an ongoing basis, while they recruit permanently.
The Role:
You will support a busy construction team handling a varied non-contentious workload, including:
- Drafting and negotiating construction contracts
- Advising on JCT and NEC forms
- Supporting development and infrastructure projects
- Working closely with colleagues and clients to provide practical, commercial advice
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with experience in non-contentious construction matters
- Comfortable picking up matters quickly with minimal supervision
- Available to start at short notice
- Strong communication and drafting skills
