We are working with a respected and growing law firm seeking a Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its expanding Construction team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality construction and development matters, supporting major commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The role offers strong progression prospects, hybrid working, and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate standard form and bespoke construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
Advise on collateral warranties, professional appointments, guarantees, and bonds
Support Real Estate and Corporate teams on development and transactional matters
Provide guidance on Building Safety Act compliance and other related legislation
Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
About You:
Qualified Solicitor (2-6 years PQE or equivalent experience)
Experience in non-contentious construction or commercial real estate work
Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness with a proactive and organised approach
Able to work independently and collaboratively
