NQ Property Solicitor (0-1 PQE) - Andover, Hampshire
Salary: £43,000-£45,000
A busy and well-established high street firm is seeking an NQ Property Solicitor to join its enthusiastic and growing team in Andover, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 1 year's PQE to build their career within a supportive environment offering strong progression prospects.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload across both residential and commercial property matters, with the opportunity to gain broad exposure and develop your technical skills from day one.
The caseload will include:
- Residential conveyancing transactions
- Commercial property matters
- Sales and purchases
- Leases and landlord & tenant work
You will benefit from a busy desk with an immediate flow of work, allowing you to quickly establish yourself within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
- Supporting colleagues on more complex transactions
- Ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (NQ-1 PQE)
- Experience in property law (seat experience considered)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach
