Role Description:

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends operational oversight, strategic planning, and growth development. Working closely with the CEO and wider team, you will take the lead in building strong foundations for scaling delivery, securing new opportunities and contracts, growing partnerships and ensuring delivery continues to transform lives.
