A Legal 500-ranked law firm, following the recent opening of its new Stoke-on-Trent office, is seeking a Private Client Partner to join its growing team.

The Role

You will lead and develop the firm's private client practice, advising clients on a wide range of matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning. The role offers substantial client contact, autonomy over cases, and the opportunity to drive business development and strategic growth within the team.

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor with significant PQE in private client law

  • Currently operating at Partner level or a Senior Associate ready to step up

  • Strong technical expertise across estate planning, probate, and trust matters

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business development

  • Confident, empathetic, and commercially minded
