Sellick Partnership are pleased to be working with a local authority in the South East to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their friendly team on a locum basis.
Commercial Property Lawyer:
To start ASAP
Remote working
3-6 months +
£55 per hour umbrella
As a Commercial Property Lawyer, you will handle a caseload of property matters, including:
- Leases and licenses
- Sales and purchases of land
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Disposals and acquisitions
Public sector experience is desirable, although candidates from Private Practice backgrounds will be considered.
