Prosecution Locum
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting on behalf of a long-standing local authority client who is in need of support of an experienced criminal prosecutions locum to assist whilst they recruit to the post on a permanent basis.
The role will focus mainly on education prosecutions; however, the postholder may also pick up other regulatory matters as required.
This is a fully remote role where full and part-time hours will be considered.
We are seeking a qualified solicitor, barrister or Cilex-registered lawyer with litigation rights with previous experience of education prosecutions gained in a similar role.
