Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) - Basingstoke
Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + Up to 10% Bonus
An established and well-regarded high street firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join its friendly and collaborative team in Basingstoke. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive environment, handling a high-quality and varied caseload.
The Role
You will work closely with experienced fee earners on a range of real estate matters, with responsibility for your own files as well as supporting on more complex transactions.
The caseload will include:
- Commercial property transactions
- Sales and acquisitions
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Leases and property management work
Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties
- Supporting senior solicitors on more complex matters
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in real estate/commercial property
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A team-oriented and proactive approach
