My client, a well-regarded and growing law firm in Hampshire, is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its established residential property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking to build on their experience within a supportive firm that values quality work, client care, and long-term development.

You will handle a broad and engaging residential conveyancing caseload, advising clients on matters including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

• Re-mortgages

• Transfers of equity

• New build transactions

• Leasehold matters

• Liaising with agents, lenders, and other third parties

You will have regular client contact and the opportunity to work closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative and professional environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)

• At least 1 year PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential conveyancing

• Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A client-focused and proactive approach
