A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.
The Role
This position offers the opportunity to manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive and collaborative team. The role would suit a solicitor who is comfortable working autonomously while delivering a high standard of client service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages
Handling freehold and leasehold transactions
Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process and ensuring matters progress efficiently
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm
Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives
Skills & Experience
Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing
Ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident and professional client-facing manner
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Experience using case management systems
