An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Cambridge.

You'll manage a busy and varied residential property caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. The role offers a strong level of autonomy, supported by an experienced and collaborative residential property team.

You'll work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing clear, practical advice and ensuring transactions progress efficiently from instruction to completion. There is also scope to contribute to the continued development and growth of the firm's residential property offering in the Cambridge market.

About you:

  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with solid experience in residential property

  • Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

  • Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills

  • Proactive, efficient, and solutions-focused approach
