An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.
You'll manage a busy and varied residential property caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build transactions, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. The role offers a good level of autonomy, supported by an experienced and collaborative residential property team.
You'll work closely with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing clear, practical advice and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. There is also scope to contribute to the ongoing development and growth of the firm's residential property practice in the Birmingham market.
About you:
Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with solid experience in residential property
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
Excellent communication, organisation, and client care skills
Proactive, efficient, and solutions-focused approach
