Senior Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE)
Salary: £78,000 - £85,000
Location: Manchester

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a successful employment law team, advising on a range of complex contentious and non-contentious matters. You'll manage your own caseload, lead high-value matters, and support the growth of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead on employment matters including tribunal litigation, discrimination, whistleblowing, restructures and TUPE
* Advise on employment relations, HR policies and business change projects
* Draft and negotiate employment documentation including settlement and service agreements
* Manage client relationships and deliver commercially focused legal advice
* Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team development
* Support business development initiatives

Requirements
* Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law
* Strong experience in contentious and advisory employment work
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and client management skills
* Commercially aware with strong organisational abilities
* Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members
