An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.
This role is ideal for an experienced employment lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on complex and high-value employment matters, including strategic HR advice, senior exits, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, TUPE, restructurings, and Employment Tribunal litigation.
Alongside managing your own caseload, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the firm's employment practice in the Birmingham market.
About you:
Qualified solicitor with significant experience in employment law
Strong background in both contentious and non-contentious matters
Confident advising on complex, high-risk employment issues
Experience supervising, mentoring, or supporting junior team members
Commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-focused approach
