Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Senior Estates Manager on behalf of one of our NHS clients to work across Multiple Sites across Shrewsbury

Daily duties of the Senior Estates Manager:

  • Lead and manage safe, efficient, and compliant estates operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality environments for service users, staff, and visitors
  • Provide senior operational leadership for planned and reactive maintenance services, managing in-house teams and external contractors within agreed budgets
  • Act as Authorised / Responsible Person for key technical disciplines (e.g. electrical safety, water safety, ventilation, specialist systems)
  • Drive performance, continuous improvement, and statutory compliance in line with relevant legislation, codes of practice, and technical guidance
  • Deliver strong people leadership, developing managers and teams through clear objectives, performance management, and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support business continuity, risk management, and long-term estates strategy

Essential requirements of the Senior Estates Manager:

  • Proven senior leadership experience managing multi-site estates, facilities, or engineering operations in a complex operational environment
  • Demonstrable expertise in building services, maintenance delivery, statutory compliance, and health & safety governance
  • Previously worked within the NHS
