An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.

This role is suited to an experienced family lawyer seeking a senior position within a respected and growing team. You'll advise on a broad range of complex family law matters, including divorce and separation, high-value financial remedy work, private children matters, cohabitation disputes, and nuptial agreements.

In addition to managing your own caseload, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the firm's family practice in the Birmingham market.

About you:

  • Qualified solicitor with significant experience in family law

  • Strong background in complex financial remedy and private children matters

  • Confident advising clients independently on sensitive and high-value cases
