A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Legal PA to join a leading firm's Legal Support Services team. This role provides high-level support to Partners and senior fee earners, offering a varied mix of diary and travel management, financial and billing administration, matter management, and general operational support.
Act as first point of contact for fee earners, managing calls, emails and meetings.
Handle complex diary and international travel arrangements.
Support billing, expenses, WIP management and general financial processes.
Assist with matter lifecycle tasks including onboarding, compliance checks and archiving.
Prepare documents, presentations and assist with business development activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent client service.
Previous experience as a Legal PA or similar role in a professional services environment.
Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
Confident managing multiple priorities and working proactively.
Strong IT skills and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
A team player with a flexible, positive approach.
