£70,000-£80,000 + up to 10% bonus | Guildford
A top 100 law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Associate (5+ PQE) to join their Guildford office. This is a client-focused role offering exposure to key clients and high-value property matters, within a collaborative and hybrid working environment.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, supporting key clients with commercial property matters. This role offers a chance to develop your practice, work with market-leading colleagues, and deliver high-quality client service.
The Candidate
5+ PQE in real estate law
Strong experience with commercial property transactions
Excellent technical and communication skills
Client-focused and proactive
Salary & Benefits
