Sellick Partnership have been engaged by a highly-respected global firm as they recruit a new Senior Reserving Manager.
This role will be well-suited to a qualified Reserving Actuary (5+ years PQE), ideally with extensive experience of Specialty lines, although candidates from a Personal Lines background will also be considered.
The Senior Reserving Manager will be required to interact extensively with senior stakeholders, so prior experience of successfully liaising with Chief Actuaries / CFOs will be highly beneficial. A track record of leading junior Actuaries is also strongly preferred.
Although this role sits within the Reserving function, there is also the capacity for the Senior Reserving Manager to partner with stakeholders across Pricing and Capital Modelling.
