An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Birmingham.

This role is suited to an experienced residential property lawyer looking to take on a senior position within a respected and busy team. You'll manage a high-quality residential property caseload, including complex freehold and leasehold transactions, new-build developments, re-mortgages, and high-value residential matters.

In addition to running your own matters, you'll play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff, contributing to process improvement, and assisting with the strategic development and continued growth of the firm's residential property practice in the Birmingham market.

About you:

  • Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with significant experience in residential property

  • Strong background in complex and high-value conveyancing matters

  • Confident managing matters independently and overseeing transactions

  • Experience supervising, mentoring, or managing junior team members

  • Commercial, organised, and solutions-focused approach
