Alternative Business Structure (ABS) Consultant Solicitor required for an ambitious, AI professional services group.

You will be working directly with the founder of the business and be acting as an external consultant to advise and assist with setting up the ABS.

You will be assisting with submitting the SRA application on behalf of the business and undertaking all preparatory work to include drafting policies and compliance frameworks etc. which is required in order to set up an ABS.

About you

We are ideally looking for candidates who have a strong compliance background and experience setting up ABS structures.

The role will be for 3-6 months depending on the application process with scope for further business opportunities down the line.
