Locum Clinical Negligence Solicitor - Fully Remote
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 3-6 months (with potential extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
We are working on behalf of a well established national law firm who are seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Negligence Solicitor to provide interim cover within their busy and reputable Cinical Negligence team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a varied clinical negligence caseload from instruction to settlement.
Handle a range of complex cases including surgical errors, misdiagnosis, delayed treatment, and birth injury claims.
Draft pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel.
Liaise with clients, medical experts, and barristers to progress matters efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with firm and regulatory standards.
About You:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE in claimant clinical negligence.
Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and remotely.
Strong communication, drafting, and organisational skills.
Available to start at short notice and commit for the duration of the assignment.
