My client is a leading regional law firm recognised across many industry sectors, and is home to many leaders of their fields. They are currently looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join the award winning team in Reading.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will join a Tier 1 Legal 500 & Chambers ranked Clinical Negligence department. You will assist senior members of the team on complex, high-value claims involving cerebral palsy, birth injury, cauda equina syndrome and other serious conditions, while also managing your own caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters independently. Your cases will typically be valued at £50,000 and above and involve a wide range of medical treatment issues.
The successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will be eager to learn and be motivated to push their career to the next level as there are genuine career progression opportunities on offer. The team is known for being extremely supportive and you will gain exposure to fantastic cases.
A fantastic salary and benefits package is on offer. This role requires 2 days a week office attendance.
