Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in Manchester, who are seeking a Commercial Partner to join their expanding and well-established commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm known for delivering innovative commercial legal solutions to a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading on a wide range of commercial matters, including commercial contracts, joint ventures, outsourcing agreements, technology and IP-related transactions, and general commercial advisory work.

• Advising clients ranging from SMEs to large corporates on complex commercial issues.

• Managing and negotiating high-value and often multi-jurisdictional commercial deals.

• Driving business development initiatives and expanding your client portfolio with the support of the firm's dedicated marketing and BD team.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues across other departments such as corporate, real estate, and employment to provide integrated client advice.

• Providing leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level lawyers, fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.

Who we're looking for:

• An experienced commercial solicitor currently at Partner level or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to take the next step.

• Someone with strong commercial acumen and expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.

• Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal solutions.

• Well-connected within the regional or national commercial legal market.

• A collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic team environment and is proactive in business development.
