Commercial Property Locum - Derbyshire - ASAP Start - 3-Month Contract - Hybrid Working
We're working with a well-regarded firm in Derbyshire seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to join their team immediately for a 3-month assignment.
Key Details:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 3 months (with potential for extension)
- Location: Derbyshire (Hybrid working available)
- Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered
- Rate: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
The Role: You'll handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Leases (granting, renewal, assignment)
- Sales and purchases of commercial premises
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Development and investment transactions
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid commercial property experience
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Availability to start at short notice
