Commercial Property Locum - Mansfield - ASAP Start

A well-regarded law firm in Mansfield is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide support on an ongoing basis while they recruit permanently.

Location: Mansfield (office-based or hybrid, depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing - until a permanent hire is in place
Experience Level: 5+ years PQE (flexible for the right candidate)

The Role:

• Managing a broad range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant issues, and development work

• Supporting a busy team during a period of transition

• Working with minimal supervision - suitable for a confident, self-sufficient fee earner

Requirements:

• Solid background in commercial property law

• Ability to take on and manage a full caseload independently

• Immediate or short-notice availability
