Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a highly ranked Legal 500 firm in Manchester, who are seeking a Commercial Property Partner to join their growing and well-established real estate team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking firm with a strong reputation in commercial property law, working on high-value, complex transactions across a diverse client base.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, development projects, and property financings.

• Advising clients such as investors, developers, landlords, and occupiers on complex and high-value transactions.

• Managing multi-jurisdictional deals and providing strategic commercial advice.

• Driving business development initiatives and growing your own client portfolio with the support of the firm's marketing and business development team.

• Collaborating closely with colleagues across corporate, construction, and finance teams to provide integrated legal solutions.

• Providing leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level lawyers, promoting a culture of professional growth and excellence.

Who we're looking for:

• An experienced commercial property solicitor currently at Partner level or a Senior Associate/Legal Director ready to progress.

• Strong technical expertise in all aspects of commercial property law with a proven track record of leading complex transactions.

• Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.

• Well-connected within the regional or national commercial property market.

• A collaborative and proactive leader who thrives in a team environment.
