We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Secretary to join a leading law firm's highly regarded team in Reading. Reporting directly to a Partner, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage diaries, emails, and client communications

  • Assist with billing and financial tasks

  • Handle Land Registry and SDLT applications

  • Proofread documents and maintain accurate records

  • Provide general administrative support as required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Secretary or Administrator in a legal environment

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
