Sellick Partnership is working with a well-regarded regional firm seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team in Huntingdon.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-quality, diverse caseload - including multi-million-pound site acquisitions, commercial and residential developments, landlord and tenant matters, and strategic land work. The team regularly acts opposite Legal 100 firms and is gaining national recognition for its expertise.

You'll play a key role in driving the department forward, with scope to take on leadership responsibility and a clear progression path, including potential partnership.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years' PQE in commercial property law

  • Confident handling complex transactions independently

  • Strong experience in development, landlord/tenant, and property finance work

  • Proactive, commercially minded, and collaborative in approach

  • Agricultural or planning experience is advantageous but not essential
