Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with a well-established and respected legal practice, seeking an Experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy and collaborative commercial property team.

This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated department specialising in commercial property matters. The role will involve managing a varied and complex caseload including commercial leases, acquisitions, disposals, development agreements, and related due diligence. You will take ownership of your cases, provide expert advice to clients, liaise with landlords, tenants, agents, and other stakeholders, and ensure the smooth and timely progression of matters while maintaining excellent client care.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with substantial experience in commercial property law. You will be confident in handling complex transactions, proactive in managing your workload, and skilled at building strong client relationships. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
