Sellick Partnership is working with a respected regional firm looking to expand its well-established Commercial Property team in Huntingdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level solicitor to join a growing, friendly, and highly regarded practice.

You'll work on a broad mix of high-quality matters, including commercial leases, freehold/leasehold acquisitions, development sites, and property finance, often opposite Legal 100 firms. The team is known for its collaborative culture and strong client base across a range of sectors.

This role offers excellent support from senior colleagues, alongside real opportunities to develop your expertise and progress your career in a firm that values long-term growth and work-life balance.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-5 years' PQE in commercial property

  • Experience with leases, acquisitions/disposals, and property finance

  • Excellent client communication and time management skills

  • Organised, ambitious, and a strong team player

  • Exposure to development or agricultural work is a bonus, but not essential
