Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded and well-established law firm in Manchester, seeking a Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing and dynamic team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career solicitor to build their expertise in commercial property law while working alongside a team of experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting on a variety of commercial property transactions, including:
Acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
Development projects and investment property
Property finance and refinancing matters
Supporting senior team members on more complex transactions
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and lease documentation
Managing smaller matters independently, with supervision as required
Building strong client relationships through professional and proactive service
Contributing to team business development and marketing activities
About You:
Qualified Solicitor (0-3 years' PQE) with experience or a strong interest in commercial property law
Excellent attention to detail and drafting skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
A team player, keen to learn and progress within a supportive environment
