Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy and supportive property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1+ PQE to manage a varied caseload while delivering a high standard of client service.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Handling commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and landlord/tenant matters.

• Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion.

• Working collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals.

• Providing excellent client care throughout the commercial property process.

About You:

• Qualified solicitor with 1+ PQE in commercial property or related experience.

• Strong organisation, communication, and client service skills.

• Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a team environment.

• Enthusiastic and keen to develop further in commercial property law.
