My client, a highly regarded Top 200 boutique law firm in Central London is seeking a experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join its growing and well-established real estate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive, partner-led environment, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.
You will be handling a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, variations)
Development work
Property finance and secured lending
Acting for a diverse client base including investors, developers, SMEs and high-net-worth individuals
You will work closely with partners and have direct client contact from day one.
3-4 years' PQE in commercial property
Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
Confident managing matters independently with appropriate supervision
A collaborative and proactive approach
Competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 (depending on experience)
