My client, a highly regarded Top 200 boutique law firm in Central London is seeking a experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join its growing and well-established real estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive, partner-led environment, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.

You will be handling a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property

• Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, variations)

• Development work

• Property finance and secured lending

• Acting for a diverse client base including investors, developers, SMEs and high-net-worth individuals

You will work closely with partners and have direct client contact from day one.

What could make you stand out?

• 3-4 years' PQE in commercial property

• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness

• Confident managing matters independently with appropriate supervision

• A collaborative and proactive approach
