Construction Solicitor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Junior Construction Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE) to join a nationally recognised team, known for handling high-quality contentious construction work.

You'll work closely with experienced lawyers on a broad range of disputes including adjudications, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, with clients ranging from national developers and contractors to housing associations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with construction disputes, including adjudication, litigation, and mediation

• Advising on risk management and contract issues

• Building strong relationships with clients

• Optional exposure to non-contentious matters

• Getting involved in business development and client events

About You:

• NQ - 3 years' PQE with some experience in construction law (through a seat or post-qualification)

• Strong interest in contentious work

• Able to manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Client-focused, proactive, and commercially aware

• A team player with good communication skills
